Picture freezing

hi am new on here
I got myself a vu+solo2 box the other day what a machine all set up and ready to go the only problem I have with it is, it keeps freezing on all sky channels but works ok on free to air channels,
does this just mean the sky gift that was put on it is sh*t and I need a decent 1?

Also depends what softcam you're using. And there could be conflicts with your requests.
Could also be your BB
