On some channels the picture is fine but 'No information' is shown rather than the programme name even after an epg update?
Which one of the settings is it that provides the info?eg sid, pid,vpid,video ecm,pmt,pcr etc?
Sky Showcase is an example where I need all the settings as I get no programme info
