Please help Zgemma changed from BT to Hyperoptic Broadband

Any help with this much appreciated. I have changed from BT to hyperoptic brand band and now my sky channels don't work. I know the channels still work as i can still use my BT broadband and when i plug the ethernet cable back in there the channels come on again. So its some thing in hyperoptics router that is blocking me

I have a fire stick in my bedroom and us IPTV service works perfectly no blocks. its the box im having issue with connect via ethernet lan
 
Connect it back to ur hyperoptic router via ethernet and then go into menu/information/network and see if your getting an ip address assigned from the router

Try a differnet ethernet socket on the router as usually it would be equipped with 4
