1 what name is on the front of the box?

2 are you trying to watch cable or satellite?

3 How long ago did you buy the box?

4 can you confirm that you have not flashed an image or build to the box since you got it?

5 which socket is the cable plugged into at the rear of the box?

Listen mate, people are TRYING to help ypu, but you are insistant on going your own way.
You need to answer the questions in the post above this for us to get a read on what is happening.

You also need to read exactly what people are saying, not reading half the sentence then answering, for instance you were told you need to flash with the LATEST ATV, you say it already has , and also VIX, this is impossible.
