There are a few closed groups on facebook that you can join who provide you with plex and iptv.

was able to get plex with iptv vod the full works earlier this week and so far working a treat. Compared to Kodi this alternative is easier and more user friendly but obviously you are at the mercy of one provider to provide content. Kodi scrapes multiple sources from multiple providers and has no actual cost.
