Plugins issue

Im trying to download and install plugins for my vu duo2. however whatever i try to download or install does not work..the console does not appear to be installing the plugin and the plugin does not appear on the downloaded list..any ideas guys please

im running 4.2.005 vix with a vix night hd skin
