hi. I got test line for kva780. first I got ccamd, tried that it didn't work as it didn't have deskey, so he gave mgcamd, only problem is that when I get to port box having problem, it will not open for me to programme it already has numbers and in corner 0.9 showing. any body can help please.
 
U need to just press the numbers from the start on the port section only ,
All others are L & R to start on the remote.

KV's are known to freeze regularly but making sure you've got a good splitter in use can cut this down drastically, what type of splitter are you using? - a cheap nasty one can cause untold problems, better using a Tratec / Technetix if you can get your hands on one, failing that, a Labgear one from Screwfix is a decent quality one.
Almost all the splitters available on ebay are garbage
 
I see

how is the cable getting into the KV box and the router as well? - do you have broadband from a different supplier?
