Sites tell you to switch off when not using to keep the service stable and now no reconnection !!

I have one box which has re-started last night = loss channels
One box which I haven't restarted = also loss channels
One box which is still on the .biz and still working?!
All multi-line from the same provider - must admit I am totally confused!

Mine was ok till i tested a line for someone ,then found other people had same problem after restarting boxes
