Problem please help

Hi folks, I keep having to update my soft cam. It keeps going off line. Really starting to put my head away. My internet is very quick so I think it must be a setting or something. Please help

If it's an nline try adding the below above your line details in newcamd.list

Using a wifi dongle at the min. When the box is working it works like a dream so I'm thinking it shouldn't be the internet. I will add photos of some of the settings i have a feeling it's something a long those lines. I got a guy online to basically do everything for when I bought it off him. I just had to put the USB Into the back of it. Any help is appreciated.
