problem

hi all
my trusted bm7000s doesnt want to work for some reason. my sub was up on the first of the month and i paid that up. i checked with the server who says everything is fine and working on his end. i checked the ip settings in the box and it shows numbers as it should when i switch it on and off. in 9991 its still showing disconnected. 3641 is working fine too so thats telling me theres an internet connection. i have tried my mates line in the box and thats not working either. i done the usual switching all off and starting it up again

what am i missing people?

any help would be gratefully appreciated

Is the youtube app working? Thats a good indicator to check if its connecting to the router/internet properly.Also might be worth trying your box at your mates house to see if it works on his setup.

I factory reset the box. Input all the line again and it took about 5 minutes but hey presto. We cooking on gas again . I was on the verge of subscription to sly for the F1

Thank god its worked again
