Problems after box froze

Hi guys after a bit of advice my zgemma h2s running ipab froze this morning and since then I can't get my line to work for remaining channels on sly I've done all the usual restarted soft cams router box even reflashed but no joy ran network tests on box all green I know there's Internet to my box as my iptv working been intouch with supplier and everything fine his end any ideas what else I could try

A new test line? - if it works, your supplier is telling porky's, if it doesn't, there's nothing lost, put the original line back in and try something else

it could just be down temporarily, could come back on tomorrow, if it IS that...

I have a zegemma h.2s. Running wb

it will want reflashing as it got stuck on boot... once reflash it should be fine
If ya want it £4.00 to cover postage..

I've reflashed it mate still no joy on my line working
