Problems with apps on H5.2S

Hoping someone can help me with the following :- The IPTV Player app on my H5.2S has problems loading/downloading when accessing certain apps. This mainly happens on the 123Movies and Yify apps. When I try to access the apps, the screen just shows "Downloading" for anything from 2 minutes to 15 minutes. See image below :-


It does eventually load but when I first had the box, these apps loaded almost immediately ??!!!!

Use same app takes a good few mins to load and seems longer at peak times I e 6 to 8 pm could be broadband supplier
