Problems with signal on zgemma H2S

my zgemma h2s signal wont lock in, i have checked the cables they are fine, after unscrewing the cable from the box and putting it back, sometimes i get full strength at 99%, but then after putting box on full standby and switching off, when i boot up next day, it comes up with the error message and no channels are able to view

Any ideas on how to fix?? - thanks in advance

Is it sattalite or cable if sattalite your dish could be out of line a little or you could try cables in a different box to see if it is cables
