providers for 13 19 28

what providers should I be realistically be selecting for 13e & 19e ?
there are obviously a lot of providers that simply wont open with a eurosub, and some that simply arent 'gettable'
which ones should I be selecting on an E2 box.?

19: Sly Germany, Movistar, BisTV,

28: Sly Uk and Vermin
