Putting firmware on pendrive

Hello, I need some help please Im new to blade, got the box turned on ok now I need to load software, Ive got bm7000s 6 -9-11 7dx-beta on my downloads and wrar 401 also, now Im stuck, if the downloads are correct what do i do now, and what do i drag to pen-drive? thanks in advance I always have trouble preparing the software.
