radio code needed for Fiat 500L

Need help to get a radio code Fiat 500L radio, dealer won't help as I don't have the VIN and the details of the vehicle it came from which was scrapped.
Is there a way to get it from the below info

Thanks but radio code site only allow serial number of 14 digits the one on my radio is 19 digits long.
I've now got the serial no if anyone can help, would be v grateful.
