Randomly losing and regaining channels

Bad news guys, the install went well everything is cool with that, like it. Everything worked yesterday morning and last night when I got in from work. Turned it on this morning and the usual suspects aren't working again. So, it's not the cabling or satellite, it's not the software... It's the box :-(

Seems that way! It's really annoying that it's only on odd occasions, no pattern to it or anything. Ah well, I'll get in touch with the seller see what they say!
