Rats picons appear to download but do not show

Just been setup up my duo but can't seem to get the picons to work, I'm using rats picons appears to download to the hdd but does not show on the vix epg

can any one help

Do you have a folder there called Picons? If not create one and then try again.

yeah, from what i can see from the FTP, off the top of my head somthing like \\hdd\mdeia\picons

lots of shortcuts in there

Or a folder called "picon" in the location Scoo8y said...

not !00% sure on this but you have to have the picons on your hd 1st the rats download only updates them

the eaisest way is to download the rats plugin install it on your box. you must call the folder "picon" not picons or it will not work. it must be in the locatiom media/usb or media/hdd not a good idea to have it on a hardrive as it will spin evrey time you change channel.
