recommend a good box

hello guy nice to see this finally happen.

so here the deal i want to get the system for my family
they live in a small welsh village with only 1meg service for there internet.

before i go into buying a box will this be a ok connection to unscramble the encryption
the unit would be connected up by homeplugs

i been checking out lots of diffrent type boxes for them

im after one that be simple to update for them

could anyone recommend a good box which has good support and firmware updates

sky 5 looks good and this is the most people are going for.

but the qeastion is which one to buy

Sky F5, Sky F5s, Sky F4, Sky F3

is there anway to get sky were im overseas in canada at the moment

any streaming site offer a paid services or xmbc services

Setting up for parents an auto updating box would be best. That way they should hardly ever have to touch it. Id avoid the skybox range as both my parents didnt like them and gave up on them. So I installed cheap clone enigma 2 boxs that they just use for watching live tv with.
Common opinion is if you can afford it get them a Vu + box if not, look at octagon sf8 or something like xpeed lx. I use cheap cloud ibox 2 + but common opinion is they're too cheaply made.

ok i look into this cloud ibox 2 hd linux system enigma 2

i found some on ebay

all i need to do is get a gift sub and they can watch free tv
also would this effect the signal as they only got around 1meg services
i know the data is not much to send over the internet but was wondering if this would still work

Check the ping rate on their connection with a pc/smartphone app. If its below 150 you SHOULD be ok. But no guarantees til u try.
