Recording Freezing/Glitching

Hi All,

I have a VU+ Uno 4k which is glitching and freezing whilst recording. The box is new and bought recently. I am using cable vm setup (not satellite) with the below:

using Vix red EPG skin
New USB Seagate 2TB hard drive
Hard Drive initialized through Vix

Can I have assistance with this issue please? Let me know if you require any more info.

I would say your sub is only for a single feed so when recording it causes issues,What is it like when not recording
