Recording problem

Hi i have set up my box via fta at the moment connect my two lnb in rear testing to record a channel on box and tried to watch another channel while this is recording it comes up with error no free tuner is there a way to sort this? cheers

Try switch tuners..

sorted tuner b was not enabled

I have this problem whilst recording 2 channels at same time and trying to watch another. Is there a fix?

You can only record 2 channels and watch another if the channel you want to watch is on the same transponder as the ones you are recording
