Just thought I'd post this if anyone has this problem.
If your box fails to boot and all it shows is a RED light after the blue one and fails to do anything else then your box has gone into deep sleep.
This is a simple fix all you have to do is press the RED ON button on top of your BM5000s remote and keep it pressed facing the receiver until the red light turns BLUE and boots up as usual.
I had this problem today luckily I remembered this I think a user posted this fix in the past so hope it helps.
