Reeaallyy slooooow channel change on a few channels

Hi Guys
The vast majority of channels zap are instant but on the odd occasion it can take a minute for a channel to spring into life. BT sport 3, BT espn, bbc parliament, i have just been flicking through and these channels took over a minute to appear. Same on Channel 5 last night, but once its on it seem to remain when i move up n down. Had a couple of second delay on my old h2s but this new h2h seems to be a bit glichy. Any thoughts fellas.

Cable or sat line ?

Because of the sat channels looking on the way out i got this h2h last week and set up the cable line only, disabling the sat tuner. Generally the box is spot on but just cant understand such a long zap delay. cheers

Sounds like a server issue, contact the server provider and explain your problems.
I use a VM feed box and don't have a problem with channel changes.

Have you got the cws keepalive part on your line?

No ste keepalive not on my line.

This is how mine looks... the keepalive is supposed to help keep zap / tuner change times down...

Also, do you have timeshift active? May be worth trying with that disabled.
