Reflash a different image

I'm having problems with some of my channels on my vu solo with vix, when I change channel its slow and the fix symbol is spinning in the corner.
Can I flash a different image and keep my cccam, iptv settings etc and if so which image would you recommend?

I think all settings can be backed up via the vix back up manager where it saves all settings etc. But im not 100% sure. Someone will clarify
