Reflash with current settings

Guys,

I need a little guidance with reflashing my box. I know how to flash the box but I dont want to have to go through the process of adjusting all the settings to my preferences again. Is there a simple way around this.

you follow the same procedure as doing a Full image backup but instead you just do a 'Settings' Backup so when you reflash you also restore your settings backup and everything should be back as normal.

I must stress that if you do this you can only use settings backup for the particular image you are using so OpenATV to OpenATV and OpenVix to OpenVix
