Anyone have a solution for channels that keep going back to mini screen

Can you give a bit more info mate if going back to mini say 4.3 picture frame that could be down to the source where your provider is getting them from is it all channels selected channels have you spoken to your provider about the issue have you checked settings on your box

ya ive been on to him told me to try few things works fine for awhile then keeps reloading channels
