Remote control ZGEMMA 2 stopped working

Hi all

Oddly my remote was working today but now I cannot get it to work at all. I have replaced batteries. I have rebooted. I have tried everything. I have managed to get it working with an app for my phone.
I have even moved my box so not interfering with TV.
I assume one should buy a new remote or is there something I am missing? Help greatly appreciated

Did you find the fix to get zgemma remote to work again as mine been working since I’ve had it an it’s seemed to slow an then stopped working completely. I’ve put brand new batteries in aswel

Any resolve to this. I have a h2s. Its so temperamental some times its perfect othertimes i have to rely on the app.

As said might need new remote,type in your box ip in browser of laptop and can use webif to control box functions.
