Have had a Vu+ Duo for a couple of years and just started to suffer from the Red Light issue which ended up being a Capacitor issue.
Since then I have had the fan fail and now I have a rather strange issue where by it drops the picture with a pop and locks up.
I have had another quick look at it and looks like another cap (different one) has started to fail (top bulging), on top of that the fan has failed.
So should I give up on this or try yet again fixing some more caps and replacing the fan.. Or is it time to call it quits and dig a small hole in the garden and hold a short ceremony?
I have picked up a Zgemma S2 but the Boss (wife) is used to the Vu+ Duo now.. She's missing her CBS Action (NCIS) lol..
