Restrict channels on Open Vix

Hi, can anybody tell me how to "hide" or restrict certain channels on my new Technomate twin cable box please?
I plan to use it in the living area and as such all mature content needs to be hidden away or locked. How can I do this?

To add some further information to this; I already ticked the "Adult" channel option in "Hide Channels" from Auto Bouquets Maker and rescanned. The channels are indeed hidden from 'normal' view but when I go to "All Channels" in the menu they still appear in the list and work.

Channels shouldn't appear in ALL if they are hidden.

Delete the existing bouquets from the box and then re scan that should sort it.

They don't appear in the normal list. When I click "TV" to show bouquets on the remote, they are hidden. If I click RED to show "all" channels from the tuner source, they appear in the list. I've had to instruct people not to click the all button but I was hoping I could hide them permanently.
