Rytec cannot retrieve sources

Hi,

Please help with this on the sucumsee image trying to download virmin epg using crossepg but on rytec providers it says cannot retrieve sources is there anyway round this or downloading another plugin as I can't find one in tspanel etc

just pop your vm channel on movie premier for 5 min then all the epg should be there on all channels..no need to use crossepg or rytec..works perfect for me..
