I think it's a matter of rooting the phone. Google and YouTube are your friends. read what it is and see if you actually want to do it.

The question is rather ambiguous. Do you want to root the phone as wheelo has mentioned? Or are you trying to unlock the phone on all networks?

He's trying to unlock it from one network to all networks, he is trying to get the code from the service provider, but just in case they won't give it to him.

He has seen it advertised for €25 (about £20), and like everyone else, (especially me) he doesn't want to pay for it if it is available somewhere free on t'internet.
