Scanning for new channels

Can somebody please remind me how to do a channel scan. I using whooshbuild

Do you have abm setup if so a new scan will update your bouquets.

I've discovered how to rescan the box but I can't find the option to setup my area i.e. STV west

Dont use whooshbuild bit on an e2 its normally menu > setup > service searching > tuner configuration > select what tuner you want to configure > choose your region and thats you
