scanning transponder issues, help please

hi guys,

i could do with some help please,
i have scanning a transponder to get some channels i know i am scanning the right transponder and should be picking up the channels but i am not, when i look it shows on that transponder i have a signal strength of 64% and a quality of 0%.

i pick up channels on other transponders without an issue but this 1 and some others i have the same issues.

anyone know why i have the problem and how i can get the channels.

there are plenty of non working tps not in use use,is it a channel thats not working you can check kingofsat to get its details for entering into a manual search is your fec correct?

the dish was setup by a professional fitter a few years ago now and i pick up most channels on most transponders without an issue at all,

i am attempting to pick up the channels on transponder 11603 v 29500, bt sport.

as i said checked your fec ? it is 3/4?

What box are you using?

yes i used fec 3/4 and the box im using is the azbox elite hd.
