Scrambled Channels not Cline related

I have recently noticed some of the channels on my BMS7000 combo are scrambled and some are not even though they are all on the same transponder settings. I can receive Investigation Discovery but Investigation Discovery +1 is scrambled. The same with Sony Movies and Sony Movies +1. I have auto scanned, manual scanned and manually inputted ID and ID+1 most recent (11389H 27500) transponder settings plus updated to the latest channel list on Blade Online but still my ID+1 remains scrambled. I have also updated to the latest firmware.

ive been having same problem all day, box Nation has stopped and most sports chanels scrambling and freezing all since i updated to the most recent chanel list (7-12-13) on blade online!

I am not sure what you mean? Are you saying its my cline providers server? If so why will ID + be scrambled but ID Channel viewable?
