hi i have blademedia bm5000s i do not have the epg file installed while i am watching a payed channel it works fine as long as i stay on that channel when i change channels to another payed channel i get scrambled channel. the only way i can get it to work again is by switching the box off and then on or i have to wait for about 10 min for it to descramble can somebody please help is there a fix for this.
