Hello guy's am new to the forum, names ShadowKnight.
I came to this forum looking for help, am in a bit of a loop at the moment. 3 day's ago my Grandfather got his new sat box which is a Blade BM5000s model for him to watch TV with. We've been having a bit of difficulty with it. The area were we live has average Internet speed, it went offline all day yesterday and now it's seems okay for now. For some reason the box is now messed up. I done a full factory reset, installed the latest update from the manufactures website via USB. All channels came back after the automatic scan but the channels with the "$" icon all those channels show a "Scrambled Service" message. We get no picture or audio from those channels. Am at a lose at the moment and don't know what to do next. Any help I get from this forum is appreciated thanks.
