Screen stretched

Hi

Just noticed that when I watch SS football or main event the screen is stretched! I checked all the other channels & they look perfectly fine so it can’t be my TV. Anyone else experiencing his problem or had this problem in the past?

recheck tv settings again to see if its been upscaled,then recheck box to see if its st to letterbox and pillarbox?

Thanks mate that’s sorted it, I changed the box settings to display4:3 content as pillerbox & 16:9 A’s letterbox, can’t remember what it was set to but now the screen displays correct! Cheers
