Second Tuner Added... What now

I have had my 2S box running for a little while very well with a single tuner. We have now added the second feed from the dish and connected to Tuner B. What settings will I need to change? Since connecting the second cable the region has changed on local ITV channels ??? Thanks

are you using wooshbuild or vix? if you have lost region specific bbc and ITV I would suggest running the region add on by pressing the green button on the remote or via the menu then plug ins
