I have a LIVIEW 4 camera security system but their was no instruction disk with it. All I got was a paper disk with 5 download options printed on it, and a website name. I logged in to the site thinking that their would be just those downloads to have. First of all their was more Chinese than English,which stumped me but then when I went into English downloads I found so many different versions of programs and some I needed was not there. Can anybody help at all please.

I had the same problem with a simple dynamo set ordered from China --no instructions and none of us could fathom it out,so I located the manufacturers head office in Shenzen and sent an extra polite e-mail basically whining.
They have sent me another complete set plus step by step fitting guide in picture form and to cap it off they also gave me a voucher to the value of the goods.
Couldn't ask for better service ---so why don't you give it a try but remember the Chinese really do respect over the top politeness.
