Seeking Solution For Error "Service Unavailable! Check Tuner Configuration!"

Dear All,

I currently have a Zgemma H.2H box and require assistance with the following error message:

"Service Unavailable! Check Tuner Configuration!"

The error message appeared after I decided to switch off the Zgemma H.2H box and move its position. Before I decided to move the Zgemma H.2H box, it was operating correctly.

Any kind of help will be much appreciated.

Have you still got both sat and cable connections connected? Which tuner is giving you this error? Usually points to a connection issue.

Thank you for your prompt response.

I have always and currently have a satellite connection on the 'Tuner A In' port. How do I check which tuner is giving me the error?
