Service not found error message

Hi

i was watching a recording of eastenders and when it finished I pressed stop to exit the recording and I got the following error message.

anyone know how I can stop this from happening?

You were recording on BBC Three which is only online now....I think!!

You get that when your trying to access a channels thats not currently on air, if you look during the day you will see it on BBC 3 and BBC 4, for some reason when you hit a channel that't not airing the box seems to show some other channel, for me its usually CBBC lol
