Setting up Vu- SoloSE V2 (OpenViX) for VM Cable

Hey so. My VU+ SoloSE V2 will soon be here and this is my first STB. I'm hoping to split my VM cable into the SoloSE V2 I've brought. I've got a testline to try with once it comes, but does anyone mind giving me a detailed setup guide so I can get everything up and running ASAP? Thanks to anyone who replies.

Did you get it all setup ok?
Were you able to record more than one channel at a time?

if setup correctly and used bees thread then yes you can.
