Cable setup

Hi all I have flashed the box and according to instructions I should get 104 channel 4. this comes up but no picture or sound. If this does not come up go to troubleshooting. I have looked at menu, no7 service information is showing 104 channel 4 hd Provider Bsky B. I am assuming this should show V/M as the provider as I am on cable
any help on this would be appreciated Thanks in advance Bill Ps i hope this is in correct forum.

If it channel 4 HD
It wont work till you add a line

If using correct net id normal 1-5 should work

And yes it should be provider vm

how do i find out if I am using the correct net ID is it in network info ?

google "cable net id list" and you can see your area and its a possibility that there could be more than 1 for the area

What image are you using and a link to the guide? Your saying it's showing sky have you got both sky and vm?
