Should we have a name and shame thread for bad server suppliers??

TK has nothing to do with line sellers, all we do is provide 1 thread sat/1 thread cable where people can contact others who provide a service.
As for known scammers, if any of the mod/admin team were to be made aware of this, we would investigate and ban if necessary.
There are several ways that TK stops people re-signing under a different name (I won't say)

That is exactly what i was saying Wheelo.
shame this thread couldn't be made a sticky so everyone knows what to do if scammed as if it wasn't for the good nature of some of our "quality" members I wouldn't have known
 
I paid for 12 months and got 6 months, tried to contact the seller but the email bounced back.

So came back to the line provider thread to find another, low and behold I get an email from the guy who sold me short by 6 months, he'd slightly changed his email address, so obviously didn't want contacting on his old one.

I told him he'd sold me short, but basically got told tough luck that's the luck of the draw servers go down blah blah.

Won't be going near him again.
 
@ wheelo whats the record of same user getting banned 6 or 7 times lol.

admin could look into reports of bad servers but could not comment on an open forum.

everyone was told to research everything before buying and if needs be do 1 month at a time.
 
I think this is a bad idea, people can recommend services and unluckily they go down. I think at the end of the day try and find a line you pay for monthly if you want to feel like you aren't being ripped off when you've paid for a year and get months its just the nature of this thing.
 
I think it is a bad idea to list, people should recommend. I have been bitten once on here, the contacted the site admin user got banned.

Looked around again and have found a good supplier, people I have said to as well agree, it is really the luck of the Irish.

There is a massive price difference on the service that is provided, paying the higher price is no always the best way to go

So I would disagree about naming and shaming, as you don't know what is wrong with the providers servers, it is all about good communication from the seller to the buyer.

I could not agree more, These people moaning the loudest at loosing their channels are reason why sky is now taking measures to stop sharing.

There is no point saying but sky are a multi million pound company, they can afford the losses. yes and so were ITV Digital but their digi boxes went under for the exact reason sky is now starting to take action and in the end more people were stealing channels than were paying for them. The whole point of sharing is that you pay for the bare minimum subscription legally then share that with some one else for access to their card and vice versa. If you do it properly you could end up with access to most of the paid for TV channels in Europe for the price of the basic sky sub or that of a cheap porn card.

It's the people on this forum and others like it that really disgust me, they want every thing for nothing with their so called gifts, then bitch and moan when things go tits up and have the audacity to call the servers out who are only really taking advantage of their customers greed. personally I pay £50 a month for my channels legitimately then share that card around my own house to the other 8 receivers. And dont be fooled into thinking sky cant or wont close the loop hole of sharing cards from SD boxes, if they really wanted to they could change the terms of every ones contract to require them to upgrade and there is nothing you or I can do about that.

The point of my above rant is shut the feck up stop moaning you little fannies, if your stupid enough to pay some scumbag server for access to pay tv channels you deserve to be ripped off.
 
Have to agree with whats being said here guys ...we are at most ripping sly and vermin off ourselves so if we decide to buy of a certain server and it goes tits up then alas thats the way it goes ...as quoted very difficult to police good and bad servers,best to do a little bit of research and advice and see how things go

TBH, personally I think price plays a big part, some folk think the cheaper the better imho. But sometimes you do get the more expensive providers who also fleece people!
 
If I buy something that I expect to work, guaranteed - I will buy it from a shop. If it stops working I'll take it back and demand my money back, a refund or I'll shove it up their arse.
Transactions like this are hit and miss and I accept that. It could be better - but it's cheap, relatively speaking. But I'd still love to know where the fecker lives.

Price plays little or no part in it, Some people using the same line on the same Broadband but one on a skybox and one on a VU may well have completely different experiences of the same line. I know a couple who would be on te expensive side offering a top notch service, but have heard of many pricing like that , but offering a whole pile of dung.

The thing with price being low, however is that unless the server has lots of cards, there will be a lot of users drawn in by the price, which COULD affect the quality.

An awful lot of people around here start with "can you recommend me a line - must be cheap". My opinion is that it should be a bargain (good value for what you are getting), not cheap.
 
I know I had a moan about being sold short in this thread, but I've really only realised that I hardly watched sly anyway when I was with my previous provider. Movies aren't great in SD football is ok but not great in SD, probably only really watch it for the Kids channel for mi little girl. Can now get most of this through Kodi anyway.

Can now buy monthly subscriptions, so think I'll do this when there's a football match I want to watch.
