Who doesn't love merlin??? I won't name and shame, before finding out two things - other side of story - and HT's view. Can't see too much of a problem though.

Any untoward dealings here should be reported to Admin who will take whatever action necessary after review.

While I understand there are time whereby users can become frustrated with others here, we can not allow individuals to engage in maverick type actions.

Contact H and he will take the necessary action after review.

I think you should be allowed to "name and shame", especially if it's evolved from this forum. Not purely for the shame purpose but to warn others of potentially unscrupulous members.
