Skin help

So yesterday I got my first zgemma box from using openbox for the past 2 years. I installed it using the instructions from sucmnsee but I don't like the skin that much. I intend on installing slyk 1 hd. So do j need to remove my old skin and set it to factory before I do this or just add it over the top and change it to that skin in the settings ? Thanks if I sound dumb lol

No you don't have to remove it you can simply install the new skin.

So do I just ftu it into the temp folder then set it as the skin ? My box seems to take forever to load is there a fix for that or no ?

FTP skin IPK file into tmp folder.

OpenVIX
Menu > setup > VIX > Iplkg install
memory/tmp
Press ok on the package
press green to install.
