Sky channels have gone blank. Help?

I have lost all my sky channels, screen is just blank. I still have freeview channels. EPG still shows whats on sky channels.
Box has ccam 2.3.0 - have tried restarting this & reboot with no joy.
Have went into cccam info - servers and its showing 2 connected.
Am only 2 months into a 12 month sub.

Has anyone any ideas whats went wrong?

can i ask where did u get ur sub from as if it came with box and u brought it off ebay then theres ur answer

yea bought box and sub together but have an f5s box which was also put on the same sub and is still working?

did you try restarting box and rebooting router to get a connection?then recheck cam

ok done that cactikid but no joy.
How could I tell if I've lost my sub on the zgemma 2 box?

try the line thats not working in the f5 and see if it works in there

I have looked in tspanel keys folder for my line and its empty, should it not be in there?

is there cccam info via blue button?

yes in servers it showing up there's 2.

Might be your line provider does not allow more then one connection a lot of the ebay subs are like this.
