sky skin ipk for a techinomate tm nano

hi guys i am new to the forum so sorry if i sound dumb lol

i am looking for the sky skin for my dvb twin tuner box, currently running VIX i am getting a new line added later but i want the sky skin installed 1st i tried to go to plugins then press green to download the skins etc but it just wont do it??? i was hoping i could ipk download to a usb stick then put that in my box then do it from there???

any help would be appreciated
