Sky sports interactive and BT sports Extra HD?

Hi is it at all possible to get these extra channels in HD on cable?

I know its not possible on sat.

Just hard to watch on SD.

Apparently you can only get BT Extra in HD on a BT official sub, hopefully I'm wrong though as I'd like these.

No idea about Sky.

Sat obviously it wont be capable.
Unfortunately we can only get bt sport 1,2 & 3 in HD and the extra channels sit in SD.
Need a BT SUB to work them kind of wonders

So you need BT tv sub to get the extra channels in HD.

what about sly sports interactive?

I believe that is the same case, I dont get ss interactive in Hd on cable or sat
