Skybox f5 crashing

why does my skybox f5 keep crashing whilst changing channels???

Think we need some more info to go on,

First what happens when it crashes and what do you have to to to get it back working ?

Second what firmware are you using, and have you tried installing another version ?

Finally, how are you set up, WiFi, homeplugs, ethernet ?

i think what he means if you click the fav button and say change from movies to sport without pressing ok it will freeze. i think it is just beacause the boxes are very basic.

Ive had the exact same problem since March this year and the box bricked as well had to pay £15 for repair. I'm using a November 2012 firmware is that causing the problem?
